The FSU is conducting a national survey to understand how finance employers are meeting their positive duty to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace.
This research will help test the gap between what employers say they are doing with what workers are actually experiencing. It’s an important opportunity for finance workers to help shape real change across the sector.
The survey is open to all members and finance workers, and we strongly encourage you to complete it. Individual responses will be de-identified, and findings will inform our report on workers’ experiences in the finance industry.
As part of our ongoing work to make workplaces safer and fairer, FSU members will be heading to Canberra this week to lobby for ten days of paid reproductive health leave for all workers, as part of the union-led It’s for every body campaign.
This important condition would help reduce the gender pay gap, break the stigma and create more inclusive workplaces, while ensuring every worker’s right to a safe and respectful workplace is upheld.
