Have your say on pay and conditions at People First Bank

The FSU will soon begin negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at People First Bank. This EA will replace the expired People’s Choice Agreement and will be the first Agreement for the newly amalgamated People First Bank.

This EA will set out our rates of pay and yearly pay increases over the next few years as well as important work conditions like leave entitlements, shift penalties, flexible working, consultation obligations and much more.

What’s important to you?
