Have any new colleagues joined your CBA workplace since August 2024? As an FSU workplace representative, we encourage you to reach out and invite them to one of our FSU induction sessions on Thursday 27 March.

New colleagues who started after August last year will have received an email from CBA about these sessions, but they may have missed it. You can help by reminding them and sharing this registration link so they can join: https://fsu.org.au/CBA25-Induction

These sessions introduce new colleagues to the FSU and how we work together to improve pay and conditions at CBA. We won the right to hold these sessions through our Enterprise Agreement – so let’s make sure as many new starters as possible attend!

What about colleagues who joined before August 2024?

They won’t have access to these inductions, so reach out to and remind them of the many benefits of becoming an FSU member:

  • Better pay and conditions: We work with members to improve wages and workplace rights at CBA.
  • Expert support: Our Member Rights Centre and Advocacy team provide advice, representation, and support for any work-related concerns.
  • Exclusive benefits: Members can access legal advice and referrals, journey insurance, a free will service, and discounts through our Member Advantage program.

If they’re ready, they can join online quickly and easily today.
