Help shape our pay and conditions at BankVic

The FSU will soon begin negotiations for our pay and conditions at BankVic. These negotiations will help form our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) which sets out our rates of pay and yearly pay increases over the next few years, as well as important work conditions like leave entitlements, shift penalties, flexible working, consultation obligations and much more.

Our union automatically represents BankVic members in these negotiations, so you don’t need to nominate us as your representative.

What’s important to you?

Before negotiations begin, we need to know what’s important to you and what you think needs to be addressed as part of these negotiations. Take our quick survey below.

Please forward this email to as many BankVic colleagues as possible and ask them to complete the survey too. If you’re not already an FSU member, now is the time to join.
