Here’s what you said about working life at CBA – FSU sessions

Better workplace flexibility, job security, and safe staffing and workloads. These are the issues CBA employees said you care most about and want to see addressed.

Fortunately, we now have a golden opportunity to address all three issues in our next Enterprise Agreement, which we are currently negotiating with CBA.

But we cannot secure tangible improvements unless all CBA employees are on board.

Over the coming month, we are hosting free online information sessions for all CBA employees to unpack these topics. Come along to find out exactly what CBA employees told us in our recent EA survey, how our new Agreement can address these pressing concerns, where we are up to with negotiations, and what we all need to do to get CBA over the line.

Session 1: How can we achieve better workplace flexibility at CBA?

Session 2: How can we achieve better job security at CBA?

Session 3: How can we achieve safe staffing, workloads and workplaces at CBA?
