Hybrid working under threat at NAB – Know your rights

Last week, the FSU heard concerns from hundreds of members across NAB about increasing office attendance requirements. 

After raising these issues with senior management, NAB has confirmed:

  • NAB has not formally changed or communicated any change to its position on hybrid work expectations. The current hybrid policy remains effective.
  • The established minimum expectation (an average two days for team members and three days for team leaders) continues to apply.
  • Consultation will occur before any decision to change hybrid expectations.

This clarification is welcome. However, some members have already been incorrectly directed to attend the office more frequently, so it’s crucial you know your rights.

The FSU is holding a series of information sessions about your rights regarding office attendance requirements.

These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss recent developments, understand your rights and ask questions about next steps. These sessions are open to all, so please forward this email to your colleagues.
