IAG – Our chance for better pay: Meet your union

Our IAG Enterprise Agreement sets out our pay and working conditions, and this is due to expire in December. This means we have a great opportunity to shape what this looks like for the next few years, including getting the things that matter most to us put on the table and addressed.

Your Finance Sector Union (FSU) representatives are the ones who will be negotiating what will end up in our Agreement – and we’d like to introduce ourselves!

  • NSW: Ariane Attard, Chrys Chrysostomou, Dannielle Broad, Doukesa Georgas, Lyndon Tully, Nicholas Mohr, Sophie Kanterelis, Troy Dick.
  • QLD: Kim Rieken.
  • SA: Huw Arrowsmith, Wayne Johannsen.
  • VIC: Rosalyn Watts, Dion Grant, Candice McHale, Sarah Green, Peter Dicker.
  • WA: Curtis Strong, Gillian Chang, Susan Bain, Kai Bristol, Karen Anthony, Michelle Spinks.

What’s important to you?

Just speaking within our teams, we know there are a number of issues impacting IAG staff. This includes cost-of-living pressures, some of us not being paid appropriately for all the work we do and day-to-day pressures like workloads and being unable to take breaks or leave.

To make our next Agreement one that delivers for us and addresses these issues, we all need to be involved.

So what is Enterprise Bargaining and what does it mean?

The Enterprise Bargaining process is the best tool we have to secure great pay and conditions. The FSU is committed to making this process as simple and transparent as possible.

What’s next?

Over the next few months, our IAG reps will be seeking your feedback on the issues that matter most to you – keep an eye out for an upcoming survey. This will be your best chance to have a say so don’t miss out!

We’ll be establishing community pages for us to connect and have discussions – make sure you join our WhatsApp and Yammer groups.

Stay tuned for meetings across the states at IAG offices or via Zoom so you can get involved.

In the meantime, we’d love to connect with you so please reach out to us if you have any questions or tell us what’s important to you.
