IAG: Support our claim for real cost of living pay and improved conditions

We’re getting closer to beginning negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at IAG. When complete, the new EA will define our pay increases and workplace conditions for the next few years.

Last week, hundreds of FSU members at IAG attended FSU meetings to discuss our union claim for EA negotiations. This claim was developed based on our survey responses and other union forums held last year. It sets out the terms that will make this an industry-leading EA that respects our contribution at IAG.

Add your voice to support our claim for real cost of living pay and improved conditions.

We’ve all seen the pandemic cause unprecedented changes to our workplaces. All of us have experienced the impact of heightened inflation and cost of living pressures through this period – so this round of negotiations will be the most important in years.

Pledge your support for our union claim to ensure we begin these EA negotiations from a position of strength.

Congratulations to everyone who has already taken the first step towards a new EA by participating in our FSU meetings last week. The more of us who come together, the stronger our position at the bargaining table.

If you’re not already an FSU member you can join here. Please also forward this update on to your colleagues and ask them to support our FSU claim with you.
