Last year, we voted down ART management’s Enterprise Agreement proposal.
We immediately asked ART to return to the bargaining table, but they brought no new proposals with them. Instead, less than 24 hours after our meeting ended, ART made an application to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) to deal with the bargaining dispute.
We’ll be heading to the FWC next week for conciliation.
