Info session: Bankwest business banking redundancies

Bankwest has announced the final stages of its Business Banking migration, with individual consultation now underway for the final tranche of impacted roles. Around 37 project roles and five lending operations roles are affected, and the consultation period will run from now until Tuesday 1 July.

Not sure what your rights are or what the bank is obligated to do? Join us for an FSU information session on Thursday 27 June at 1pm (WA time) via Teams.

We’ll cover important topics, including:

  • Your rights during change under the Bankwest Enterprise Agreement
  • The bank’s obligations during change
  • The redeployment process
  • Comparable vs non-comparable roles
  • What to consider if you have been offered a CBA contract.

This session is for FSU members at Bankwest only (even if you’re not directly affected by the redundancy). If you’re not yet an FSU member, join now to secure a spot at our session.

And of course, it will be an opportunity to ask any questions. Register now to secure your spot.
