Tomorrow marks the final day of Wear it Orange week at Bankwest!

It’s been fantastic to see Bankwest employees donning our iconic orange to proudly showcase our unique Bankwest identity, but the week isn’t over yet.

As you know, our union has lodged a dispute in the Fair Work Commission (FWC) against management’s plans to amalgamate our Bankwest Enterprise Agreement with CBA’s, which puts many of our hard-fought working conditions at risk.

Our first hearing in the FWC will take place tomorrow – this is our last opportunity to send a strong message that we value our unique culture and identity at Bankwest and want to keep it that way.

So tell your mates and grab your orange t-shirt, lanyard, socks, ties (anything you can think of) and let’s make it a veritable sea of orange tomorrow!
