The FSU bargaining team met with Insignia management last week to continue negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA).
Disappointingly, Insignia management has rejected our redundancy pay proposal.
Insignia management has consistently failed to listen and adequately respond to our concerns about redundancy. Insultingly, in response to our position, management has only offered to increase the grandfathering of heritage arrangements to 12 months instead of 6 months.
It’s clear we need to keep fighting for fair redundancy entitlements.
