It’s time to vote NO – then what happens next?

Voting for ART management’s proposed Enterprise Agreement (EA) is open from now until Thursday 7 December, 5pm (AEST).

All ART employees covered by the proposed agreement are eligible to vote.

By now, you will have received an email from CorpVote (who are conducting the ballot) with your unique voting link*. Click on the link and follow the instructions to cast your vote for NO.

Who’s the one delivering fake news?

ART’s Enterprise Agreement proposal means:

  • A real wages pay cut
  • Giving managers power over our flexibility
  • No action on understaffing and unpaid overtime
  • And losing much more.

ART management is telling you to beware of fake news. What we say is, read our information and make your own decision.

Has ART management given you these details or this level of transparency?

A NO vote means ART comes back to the bargaining table (and a new deal, fast)

ART’s proposed EA won’t start until 22 April 2024, with pay increases and backpay not coming until February 2024. Let’s use this time to win fair pay, flexibility and decent overtime arrangements and staffing.

We are already shifting ART and winning better entitlements – even during the access period they have fixed their unfair exclusions on redundancy pay and parental leave before the EA starts.

It’s time to VOTE NO and bring ART back to the table to secure the EA we all deserve – fair pay, flexibility and real action on staffing.
