IWD is just the beginning – what happens next is up to us

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our special International Women’s Day event! If you missed it, you can watch the recording here. 

We celebrated the real wins we’ve made, including pay transparency, stronger rights at work, and protections against harassment. But now it’s time to defend them.

The federal election is likely to be announced in the next few days, and Peter Dutton and the Coalition have opposed nearly every reform we’ve fought for. We can’t afford to go backwards.

Here’s how you can take action now:

  • Like and share our Don’t Risk Dutton social media posts to help spread the message.
  • Host a 10-minute huddle – invite three friends or workmates to a quick huddle, and we’ll come to you to talk about what we can do this election. Reply to this email and we’ll be in touch to help set something up!
  • Get involved in our campaign to protect our rights and put Peter Dutton and the LNP last.

 

We’ve made history. Now let’s defend it.
