Last chance – what improvements at CBA do you want?

Haven’t had your say on what future wages and working conditions you want in our upcoming CBA Enterprise Agreement?

This is your last chance to tell us before our survey closes this week and negotiations commence with CBA.

Our next Enterprise Agreement is our golden opportunity to lock in genuine protections and improvements at work, including around job security, our pay, new AI technologies, workplace flexibility, and leave entitlements.

Everything is on the table, including our current conditions, so it’s important you have your say on what’s important to you so we land an Agreement that’s fit for everyone.

Please take 10 minutes to complete this important survey – and if you’ve already done it, please forward it to your colleagues and ask them to have their say.

Why should we care about our next CBA Enterprise Agreement?

Through our new Agreement, we can:

  • improve and take control of the things we care about when it comes to our pay, job security, and working conditions.
  • ensure our voices are heard when changes are proposed.
  • enshrine real job protections that CBA legally cannot ignore.

We’ll keep you updated on negotiations as they progress.
