Let’s get IAG to clarify their WFH policy

You recently told us you’re concerned about IAG’s changes to their office attendance policy for their Tech and Operations department. Now it’s time to take the next step.

Our union is writing to IAG with questions about their office attendance policy (read our letter here). In particular, we are calling on management to confirm that:

  1. office attendance will not be linked to performance, and
  2. all leave will be counted as an office attendance day.

If you agree that IAG should commit to the above, let us know here!

Yes – I call on IAG to make these commitments

It’s vital that we all work together to secure the outcome we want. If you’re not yet a member of the team that’s fighting for fair workplace flexibility at IAG, now is the time to join our union.
