Meeting to discuss RBA’s response to our claims

Following RBA employees rejecting management's first sub-standard offer for our new Enterprise Agreement, negotiations have continued and we have been pushing for improvements.

At the next negotiation meeting, we expect RBA management to respond to our position on the following issues:

  • A remuneration package that considers an 11% pay increase with a link to CPI, back pay compensation for any increase agreed after the first pay period in September, and restoring super contributions above the minimum requirement.
  • Working from home protections.
  • Address the lack of flexibilities for sensitive leave.

We'll be holding an important report-back meeting for RBA employees after next week's negotiation meeting, where we'll discuss management's response. Please register for the meeting to ensure you can provide your input on next steps.

If you're not already a member of our union, now is the time to join to ensure you have a voice throughout this important stage of negotiations.
