MyState’s offer is unacceptable – help us get a better one!

Despite our union and employee bargaining representatives presenting a united agenda for our pay increases and improved conditions, MyState’s approach to negotiations has unfortunately been to make small changes around the edges. That’s despite the business undergoing big changes.

Management would rather roll over our existing Enterprise Agreement, with some improvements to parental leave and a pay rise of 9% over three years.

Your bargaining representatives are united in their belief that this is not enough. MyState needs to do more to meet our asks and must improve their pay position. (In case you missed it, here is the agenda for bargaining we have put to management which outlines what we’re calling for.)

We need your help

Our advocacy on your behalf will only get us so far. Can you spare a few seconds to sign our petition and call on MyState CEO Brett Morgan to step in to improve the offer?

Yes, I’ll sign the petition

We need as many MyState employees as possible to sign our petition so that management understands we won’t accept their sub-par offer. Please forward this email to your colleagues and ask them to sign, even if they’re not a union member.

And if you’re not part of the team fighting for a fair deal at MyState, now is the time to join.
