Moving forward on your EA – register for a session today
While this was a productive discussion that resulted in further improvements to NAB’s position on pay, there are still outstanding issues that need to be resolved including hours of work, workloads, RDOs, YouLeave and Long Service Leave.
We are holding urgent online sessions on Tuesday 20 June to discuss the state of play of negotiations including management’s latest pay offer, and will be seeking direction from you on the outstanding issues.

Your participation in these sessions will be critical to ensure we have clear direction going into our next meeting with management on Thursday 22 June. Be sure to register and ask your colleagues to register too.

While this week’s progress is positive and we believe that we are getting close to resolving these negotiations, there is still more work to do to ensure this agreement improves the lives of NAB colleagues.
