NAB has once again recorded massive profits this year – $7.1 billion in the 2024 financial year.
These profits were undoubtedly made off the back of our hard work as employees – and this was despite NAB rolling out round after round of redundancies and job cuts and leaving us to pick up the pieces while still expecting us to work excessive, unreasonable and unrecognised additional hours.
Banks have a responsibility to treat their employees fairly and ensure we all benefit from these record profits.
Now, we’ve got a perfect opportunity to put our concerns about our pay, working conditions and job security to NAB’s CEO and board at this year’s NAB Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will be held on Wednesday 18 December.
The FSU and union representatives will be attending the AGM, and we want to hear from you. What would you ask NAB CEO Andrew Irvine?
Remember, as NAB employees we have a right to put our questions and genuine concerns directly to management. Make sure your voice is heard and submit your question today.
