This will impact over 120 employees who we understand have been notified via a conversation this week.

Our union is holding urgent consultation sessions for any affected employees.

These sessions will help you understand your rights, share what support or options you need from NAB, and discuss next steps.

Our rights during consultation

We understand this is an incredibly stressful time for affected members. Our NAB Enterprise Agreement gives us rights during periods of significant change. Management is required to:

  • consult with you about the introduction of these proposed changes.
  • speak with you about the effects the changes are likely to have on you.
  • consider your feedback and any proposed alterations you have.
  • implement measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of the changes.

Consultation on these proposed changes closes soon, so be sure to have your say by registering for one of the above sessions. Remember, if we want real change to happen at NAB, we have to make our voices heard. Please encourage your colleagues to get involved by sharing this email with them.

If you’re not yet a member of our union, now is the time to join to ensure you have the support you need during this difficult time.
