NAB – Urgent meeting: Are you impacted by NAB’s proposed restructure?

You may have heard that NAB are proposing a significant restructure in the Personal Banking Retail Team, which will impact 181 roles across Groups 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Branch based lenders will be reappointed into a specialised Proprietary Home Lending Team, and branches will work in partnership with this team as well as with Premier, Direct and Business Banking, and Private Teams.

In addition, 146 new roles will be created under the newly structured Proprietary Home Lending Team.

This new structure will take effect on 27 September.

Consultation for the proposed restructure is taking place now until Friday 11 August.

The FSU is hosting a meeting to discuss NAB’s proposed restructure and what these changes will mean for you.
