NAB wants to increase office attendance – urgent FSU meeting

NAB has commenced consultation on a proposed increase to office attendance.

Their proposal includes:

  • Increasing the minimum expectation for team members to attend the office from two to three days per week.
  • Increasing the minimum expectation for team leaders to attend the office from three to four days per week.
  • Requiring senior leaders to attend the office five days per week.

Insultingly, this proposal comes only a week after the bank announced a massive increase in half-year profits of $3.5 billion, which was only possible thanks to our hard work. These profits prove we can (and do) deliver results no matter where we work.

These changes are completely unnecessary. If we are to defend our current work flexibility, we must act now.

The FSU is holding urgent online meetings to discuss the consultation process and how we should collectively respond. Please register for your preferred session below.
