Our bargaining dispute with MUFG continues

Yesterday we were in the Fair Work Commission with MUFG Market Services to resolve our ongoing bargaining dispute.

Despite negotiations starting more than 12 months ago, MUFG’s proposed agreement is still one of the worst in the sector.

The Fair Work Commission assisted us to schedule another bargaining meeting with MUFG, which will take place on Wednesday next week (18 December).

If we cannot reach agreement, we will attend a conciliation in January with the Fair Work Commission, who will try to resolve any remaining issues.

Everyone at MUFG Market Services deserves a fair enterprise agreement. Stand with us today to keep fighting, and if you’re not already an FSU member, now is the time to join.

We’ll be in touch after Wednesday!
