Our FWC conciliation with MUFG Market Services will continue in 2025

On Wednesday this week we met with MUFG Market Services for another negotiation meeting for our new enterprise agreement. This was the meeting that the Fair Work Commission requested we have.

Unfortunately, MUFG did not come with any meaningful improvements to their current abysmal offer.

As a result, we will return to the Fair Work Commission for conciliation with MUFG on 8 January 2025.

This negotiation has now been drawn out for more than 12 months. It is time MUFG treated everyone with respect and made a decent proposal for our pay and conditions.

We’ll keep you updated in the new year. In the meantime, being part of the team that’s fighting for a fair deal at MUFG Market Services will give us the best chance of winning the agreement we deserve – join today!

PS: At a recent Senate hearing, CEO Vivek Bhatia repeatedly dodged questions about the poor service MUFG has provided to super funds, then ultimately refused to answer. See for yourself how Vivek responded when given the chance to defend us employees.

Remember, the FSU is here to defend you, even if Vivek won’t. Join the FSU today!
