Our improved ART EA proposal – join us to hear all the details

Tomorrow the access period opens, leading up to the voting period for our proposed new Enterprise Agreement.

The access period is our opportunity to understand ART’s proposal. We can then cast an informed vote when voting opens on 21 February.

What does the FSU think about the proposal?

The FSU supports the proposed Enterprise Agreement.

When ART put their proposed Agreement to ballot last year, we could not support it because it meant real wages pay cuts, a step backwards on flexibility and many colleagues working for free.

Because we all stood together and voted ART’s proposal down, and because we all told ART they need to do better, we now have a new proposal with a decent pay increase, flexibility and overtime entitlements that meet our needs.

While we have shifted ART on our highest priority issues, there is more work to do between now and when we return to the bargaining table. You can read more about that here

This Agreement is just the start of what we can build together

In these negotiations, we’ve won on pay. We’ve won on flexibility. We’ve won on overtime. We’ve won on redundancy, on progressive leave, and on our working hours.

The entitlements in this Agreement are due to the hard work of FSU members across the Fund. And the stronger our FSU community is, the more we can do.

Come along to our meetings, and join our Union community. We have so much more work to do at ART, and we will only win if we all work together.
