Our new wages and conditions at Bankwest start now!

The Fair Work Commission has approved our new Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA) – congratulations!

This means the new and improved wages and working conditions we voted for now apply.

Here’s what we’ve won in this agreement:

  • Guaranteed 9% wage increase for the majority of colleagues
  • An additional $1000 cost-of-living payment to all
  • Improved and additional leave entitlements
  • Additional support for those experiencing effects of menstruation or menopause
  • Additional notice requirements to any change to in-office mandates
  • The preservation of many of our hard-fought for working conditions at Bankwest
  • And more…

You can access our new EA on our website here.

Level 3 and 4 remain left out

Unfortunately, Level 3 and 4 employees still remain excluded from the benefits of our new EA, including the much-needed $1000 cost of living allowance.

If you are a Level 3 or Level 4 colleague and haven’t done so already, please sign our open letter calling on Bankwest Managing Director Jason Chan to address this unfair disparity.

We’re asking everyone to please also forward this letter to your colleagues and ask them to sign it.
