Our position for IAG bargaining 2024 – FSU Zoom meetings

With cost-of-living pressures at a record high, this year’s bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at IAG will be critical. Hundreds of FSU members have provided important feedback on the key issues impacting all of us. This feedback has formed the basis of our FSU claim that will be presented to management when negotiations begin in February.

It’s now time to get behind our Union claim!

Register to attend one of our important meetings to consider our FSU claim and discuss next steps.

Tuesday 23 January, 7pm (AEDT)

Wednesday 24 January, 1pm (AEDT)

What are the top 3 issues identified through our union survey last year?

  • Pay that keeps up with cost of living – supported by 98% of respondents.
  • Fair working from home arrangements in the enterprise agreement – supported by 95% of respondents.
  • Improvements to leave entitlements – 92% of respondents (averaged over various specific types).

Make sure you’re aware of the detail and register for the meetings above.
