People First Bank EA bargaining begins: FSU info sessions

Bargaining for a new People First Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) has begun.

Based on your feedback, our bargaining agenda focuses on the issues that matter most to members, including:

  • Competitive wage increases
  • Stronger job security commitments
  • Enhanced workplace flexibility
  • Workload and staffing protections
  • Improved leave entitlements.

Management needs to see that staff are united behind these priorities. The more people who support our bargaining agenda, the stronger our bargaining team will be at the negotiating table.
