People First Bank has announced it intends to cut up to 60 roles across Australia by the end of this year. Specifically, these cuts will come from the Lending Support team, with roles being outsourced.
Our union is deeply concerned by this announcement – outsourcing Australian jobs is a short-sighted cost-cutting exercise that will have significant ramifications not only for those losing their jobs, but also for employees remaining at People First Bank.
We understand this is a difficult time for members, and our union is here to ensure you receive the support and representation you need.
