Pledge your support for fair pay increases and improved conditions at Westpac

Negotiations for our new Westpac Group Enterprise Agreement (EA) will begin soon.

In preparation, FSU meetings were held this week to consider our Log of Claims, which was developed based on what you said matters most to you through our survey and other FSU meetings held recently.

Our claim sets out the terms that will make this an industry-leading EA that respects the contribution we have all made to Westpac’s success.

Congratulations to hundreds of you who have already taken the first step towards building a better EA by attending our FSU meetings. You can view our FSU claim here.

2024 will be a critical year

All of us have been impacted by major change across the Group since our last EA was finalised. Cost of living pressures have greatly increased, and we continue to adapt to new ways of working after the pandemic. This EA will be more important than ever to ensure we secure fair pay increases that keep up with the cost of living.

If you’re not already an FSU member you can join here. Please also forward this update on to your colleagues and ask them to support our FSU claim with you.
