Proposed changes and redundancies at TMBL – are you impacted?

TMBL has proposed changes to multiple roles across the organisation that will result in redundancies and accountability/reporting changes across the areas of Operations and People and Culture.

The information we’ve received from TMBL is incomplete and we’ve heard similar concerns from members that you don’t have enough information about workplace changes.

The FSU has requested that consultation on these changes be extended until we receive more information and have been thoroughly briefed. As such, TMBL has agreed to extend the consultation period to 16 August.

Are you impacted?

If you think your role has been impacted by these changes, please let us know immediately below.

Are you impacted?

In the meantime, we encourage members not to accept any changes to your role before consulting with the FSU.

If you know anyone else that could be impacted by any workplace changes, please forward this email to them.
