Proposed Hostplus Agreement coming your way soon

Negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement are continuing. This Agreement will determine our pay and working conditions for the next few years, so it’s important we get this right.

Our union has now provided feedback to Hostplus regarding their draft Agreement. While there are still some issues to resolve – including around overtime and how Hostplus will address the growing use of artificial intelligence and protect our jobs – discussions are progressing well.
