We’re going through tough times at Hostplus.
We’re dealing with unreasonable workloads, we have questions about our new EBA, and we’re finding our positive culture is being eroded.
On top of this, David’s recent comments in the media about our execs being forced back to the office have made us all worry about our access to flexible work.
With our morale at an all-time low, we have provided clear feedback to Hostplus about what’s not working. As things get worse, it’s clear they aren’t listening.
Now we want to hear from you.
Let’s open the conversation up to all Hostplus staff to work together to make Hostplus a better place for everyone to work.
Join us on Friday 7 July at 1.30pm – everyone at Hostplus is welcome to come and raise your concerns and decide how to resolve them together. Your attendance and anything you say at this meeting will be completely confidential.
