We know that this news will come as a shock to many when we believed that ART was not planning redundancies. While ART said that they had no plans for large scale redundancies, we were concerned throughout the Enterprise Agreement negotiations that there was a risk of restructuring following the merger. We fought hard for fair retrenchment entitlements so you are protected and are treated fairly when things change.
