Cost of living pressures have increased dramatically over the last few years, and we have adapted to different ways of working after the pandemic. So it’s very important for our new EA to genuinely reflect our new work environment.

The FSU is seeking your views on what’s important to you before we begin negotiations. Have your say on pay, leave entitlements, flexibly working and more.
