Should Bankwest employees sign CBA’s contract?

Our union is aware that some Bankwest employees are being offered Commonwealth Bank employment contracts.

These contracts are being offered to people either in their current role, upon promotion, or for new roles.

There are some key differences between Bankwest and CBA contracts, which relate to your working conditions and entitlements.

To ensure you fully understand these differences prior to signing any new contract, the FSU is holding an online information session for members only, which we strongly encourage you to attend.

Wednesday 7 May, 12pm (WA time)

The meeting, which will be held via Microsoft Teams, will cover:

  • The difference between CBA unpackaged and packaged contracts
  • How they compare with Bankwest contracts
  • What to do if you are offered a CBA contract.

This information session is only open to FSU members. If you are not yet a member, join today to attend.

See you online on 7 May!
