Stay in the loop with changes at AustralianSuper

Our Enterprise Agreement at AustralianSuper will pass its expiry date in June, so it’s time to work together ahead of negotiations to secure a new one.

This is our golden opportunity to shape our future pay and working conditions at AustralianSuper for the next few years – including better superannuation contributions.

Please come along to one of our drop-in sessions and meet your Workplace Reps and/or FSU Organiser. It will be an opportunity to hear more about the negotiation process, ask any questions, and let us know if you have specific topics you want addressed in our new Enterprise Agreement.

Stay in the loop with what’s going on!

It’s important to understand that there is only so much our union can do to secure the wages and conditions we want without all of us engaging in the process. Chances are, management isn’t going to hand us everything we want on a platter.

The main thing that will influence management’s position on key issues is whether you and your colleagues are engaged with what’s going on.

The best way to do this is to ensure you stay in the loop with negotiations. There are a few ways you can do this, including joining our FSU WhatsApp chat, which has been set up just for AustralianSuper employees.
