We’ve now kicked off negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at IFS, which will determine our pay rises and conditions of employment for the next few years.
From our recent survey, we know that our priorities are better pay, greater flexibility and fair workloads and KRAs. We are also calling for better parental leave, increased super contributions and other leave provisions.
These priorities are captured in our Log of Claims, and we now need everyone at IFS to show their support so we can take this to our next EA meeting..
Together we will create a fairer and stronger workplace at IFS.
