FSU information session: Better pay and conditions at IFS
Pay increases, better leave entitlements, hybrid working arrangements, improved workloads and staffing...
IFS has announced a reduction in its workforce due to one of its major clients, CBUS, ceasing to use IFS Super Recoveries services to recover unpaid superannuation for its members.
The FSU is deeply concerned by this and has called on CBUS to reverse its decision.
A consultation process is now underway, and our union will advocate for your rights. If you are impacted by these changes, please provide any feedback or questions to us via our short survey.
The fact remains that employers that underpay or fail to pay superannuation will still need to be identified, pursued, and held to account, and we are concerned about what this decision could mean for other IFS workers.
