Support our agenda for better pay and more at RACQ

We’re getting closer to starting negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at RACQ. This new agreement will determine our pay increases and working conditions for the coming years, including after RACQ’s transition to IAG.

We have now finalised our agenda for these negotiations, which is based on your survey responses and feedback. Our agenda outlines what we’re seeking for an industry leading EA – one that respects the contributions we make at RACQ and protects our jobs into the future.

Now is the time to get involved.

View our full agenda and pledge your support for guaranteed pay increases and industry leading conditions and protections below.

Pledge your support

Remember, the main thing that will influence management’s position on key elements of negotiations is whether you and your colleagues are engaged with what’s going on.

Taking a few seconds to pledge your support for our agenda is the first step to showing management you care about the outcome of these negotiations.

We are stronger together

As we move forward, we strongly encourage everyone who will be covered by this EA to become an FSU member. The more of us who stand together, the stronger we will be in securing fair pay and conditions.

Please share this update with your colleagues and encourage them to support our agenda too.
