Tell Jason Chan: Level 3 and Level 4 Bankwest employees shouldn’t be left out

Bankwest staff fought hard for the achievements in the new Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA). Yet, Level 3 and Level 4 employees remain excluded from its benefits, including the much-needed $1000 cost of living allowance.

Bankwest Managing Director Jason Chan has frequently highlighted the value of Bankwest staff through the ‘Made by us’ people promise – recognising staff as the secret to Bankwest’s success.

Now it’s time for Jason to extend this commitment to us and provide the same benefits as the rest of our colleagues.

Looking after Bankwest staff shouldn’t be this complicated

Like everyone else, we’ve felt the pressure of rising costs and deserve a cost of living allowance.

We work right alongside colleagues at CBA of a similar level who have equally received the $1000 allowance and other benefits like additional paid parental leave and life leave – why should we be left out?

Sign the open letter to Jason Chan today and share it with your colleagues. And if you are not yet a member, now is the perfect time to join because together we can show Bankwest and CBA that fairness matters.
