It’s a win! Over 89% of ART staff voted in the ballot for our new ART Enterprise Agreement (EA) and an overwhelming 91% voted YES.
Congratulations to every FSU member on achieving real improvements to our work conditions. This result was only possible because we stood together and said no to management’s poor proposal last year that would have seen our pay and work flexibility go backwards.
It was a tough campaign but our hard work and relentless efforts ultimately won us a much better offer. We now have a pay increase that keeps pace with the cost of living, continued access to flexibility, and improvements to staffing and overtime issues.

The agreement will now be submitted to the Fair Work Commission for final approval. Once approved, our EA will commence from 12 August 2024.
