The ballot for the proposed Westpac Enterprise Agreement 2024 is now open and will close on Monday 30 September, 4pm (AEST).
FSU members have stood together to achieve significant improvements on management’s original proposal. Here’s what we’ve secured:
Key outcomes:
- A pay increase of 12.5% for tier 1 and 9% for tier 2 colleagues over three years.
- Cultural, lifestyle and wellbeing days increased from two to four days per year.
- Compassionate leave increased from three to five days per occasion.
- New five days family pathways leave to support employees in attending appointments related to fertility treatment, surrogacy, adoption and foster care.
You can find a detailed summary of the proposed Agreement here.
How to vote
You should have received an email from CorpVote with instructions on how to cast your confidential vote. If you believe you should have received voting details and haven’t, please contact CorpVote immediately on 1300 710 950 or email them at [email protected].

This great result shows that when we stand together, we win better working conditions for everyone. But there is more to be done, and with strong union membership, we can continue to achieve even more.
If you’re not already an FSU member, now is the best time to join, or ask a colleague to join.
