Proposed changes at ART – FSU support
ART has proposed a number of changes across various areas that affect roles…
Thank you for sharing your thoughts in our recent survey about your priorities for our new Enterprise Agreement.
We heard loud and clear that our top priority is pay, with 64% saying it’s the most important area for improvement.
Concerns about pay included keeping up with the cost of living, bonuses, “pooled” salary arrangements and transparency around pay rates.
Work from home arrangements also continue to be a key focus. Many of us value the flexibility we currently have, but there are still areas of the fund where access to flexible work is limited and the Enterprise Agreement is not being followed.
Workloads and resourcing were another significant concern. Many of us raised issues such as vacancies not being filled, increasing workloads and growing expectations without any increase in pay.
Overall, we want to ensure our pay and conditions reflect our sector and fairly reward the contribution we make at ART.
We’ve started discussions with ART management about how we’ll approach our Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
Our priority is addressing the issues that matter most to you – and doing so quickly and efficiently. We know no one wants to wait years for a pay rise, so we’re focused on achieving meaningful outcomes as soon as possible.
We’ll keep you updated as discussions progress. In the meantime, if you have any questions or further feedback, please reach out to your FSU organiser Laf Zuccarello at: [email protected] or on 0434 160 523.
