Underwhelming response from Bendigo Bank on in-office mandate – next steps

Bendigo Bank has finally responded to our letter, which expressed your concerns regarding management’s proposed 60% in-office mandate.

You can view their response here.

Unfortunately, management’s response is underwhelming and fails to address our main concerns. It’s also not clear what management is actually doing to address the legitimate issues raised by us and Bendigo colleagues.

Join our important union meeting to discuss next steps. We’ll go through what actions Bendigo Bank FSU members can take together to get management to listen and act.

Please register for your preferred meeting time below:

Wednesday 5 March, 12.30 – 1.30pm (AEDT)

Wednesday 5 March, 6.30 – 7.30pm (AEDT)

Remember, it is much harder for Bendigo Bank management to dismiss our concerns when employees work together and speak with one collective voice. If you’re not already a member of the team that’s fighting for a fair outcome for Bendigo Bank employees, join the FSU today so you can be part of the solution with us.

If you have any questions, please reach out to FSU Organiser Kris Recke on 0434 162 488 or email[email protected].
