CBA has revealed their bargaining agenda which proposes to take a knife to our Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA).
They have proposed over 40 changes to our EA that cut hard fought for working conditions, while totally ignoring what we’ve said is important to us in our Log of Claims.
We’re holding urgent meetings for all FSU members at Bankwest on Wednesday 26 June, 12pm (AWST) and 6pm (AWST). Register below for the time that suits you best.

is critical you attend a meeting to understand what’s at stake and how we can successfully campaign to protect our Bankwest culture and identity, protect our work conditions and secure fair pay increases.
We don’t want Bankwest to become CBA Lite.
What changes are CBA proposing?
They have proposed over 40 cuts and changes to our hard-fought-for working conditions.
- They have ignored our key claims.
- They will not guarantee there will be no more job cuts at Bankwest.
- They will not guarantee the 50% in-office mandate won’t increase.
- They don’t care that our wages have gone backwards with the increased cost of living.
- They want to cut entitlements and give lower pay increases for those who earn more.
Now is the time for all Bankwest workers to stand together as members of our union to demand a better deal – don’t let them turn Bankwest into CBA Lite.
If you are not a member of the FSU and want to attend, or know someone who is not a member, joining is easy and can be done here.
