Vote on CBA executive pay outcomes

As you know, CBA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is next Wednesday 11 October at 9.30am (AEDT) in Sydney.

All shareholders, including you, can vote on CBA’s Remuneration Report.

This year’s report recommends STVR outcomes for CEO Matt Comyn of 94% of maximum, taking his total remuneration to $10.2 million, and between 73% to 100% of maximum for other executives.

This is an enormous pay packet when most CBA staff are struggling to make ends meet.

CBA have also clearly failed the “should we” test, doling out job cuts, offshoring local jobs overseas, and admitting to engaging in wage theft.

We can send them a clear message that their actions are unacceptable and hold CBA to account by voting against the Remuneration Report.

How to vote

You can cast your vote in advance online through the Share Registry website (vote.linkmarketservices.com/cba) before Monday 9 October, 9.30am (AEDT)*.
