Vote YES for your new EA at BOQ – voting opens today!

Voting opens today (17 May) on our proposed Enterprise Agreement (EA) at BOQ Group – and we’re encouraging you to vote YES.

This improved EA is a result of union members working together and making our voices heard, both during last year’s successful no vote and at the negotiating table.

You’ll be voting YES to better pay increases for more staff, no cuts to existing entitlements like redundancies and better regulation of working hours and workloads.

Voting is about having a say in your pay and conditions

Voting will open from 8am today, Wednesday 17 May and will close on Friday 19 May at 3pm (AEST). It’s important to have your say on your pay and conditions.

Voting will be conducted by CiVS, a third-party voting system and you can vote online, by SMS or by telephone.
