Westpac – FSU meeting: Union claim for Westpac Group Enterprise Agreement 2024

A lot has changed since the last round of negotiations for our Westpac Group Enterprise Agreement. We’ve experienced record cost of living pressures and the way we work has continued to evolve after the pandemic. This means 2024 will be a critical bargaining year.

Over the past two months, many of you have provided valuable feedback on the key issues impacting all of us. This feedback has helped form our FSU Log of Claims, which will be presented to management when negotiations begin.
